Hi guys, I’ve made a prototype arm using acrylic as I don’t have a 3d printer but I do have a CNC router. I’m just wondering what the teeth counts are on the 3d printed pulleys and I will be purchasing metal pulleys for mine.

So it looks like the bigger gears are 60 tooth, and the motor drive gears are 20 tooth, so you’re looking at a 1:3 ratio. I’m super interested to see how accurate your machine turns out to be with metal and acrylic.

I Will keep you posted. The prototype looks cool but there’s to mutch flex in one of the axles. Building the arm shouldn’t be a problem but this will be my first time programming when I get around to that part. Happy to share any drawings and files for the arm once I have it working.
